Colour: Cherry colour, with borders and russet refinements with a high-type layer.
Aroma: The scent is presented with a medium-high intensity with black and red ripe fruit, details of lactic and minerality.
Taste: Bodied and tasty, balanced with soft tannins. Long final phase. A very interesting wine, versatile, with good structure and power.

Pairing
Mediterranean cuisine, vegetal and organic dishes like as squid with “calçots” and vegetables, rice with cuttlefish and artichokes, cod with spinach or duck confit cannelloni.
