Armagnac domaine de Joy

This armagnac is the youngest, shortest ageing from this mark with a minimum aging of one year, although in this case is close to 2 years in cask.

Amber clear, attractive, tear thin envelope and glycerine. The olfactory impression leaves us memories ripe apricots, vanilla and caramel. Its aroma is intense and strong nose. Good structure on the palate, intense and long. We notice leather, fruits, grapes, figs, raisins. Amazing, a distillate with a great personality and taste, even the short time of ageing. The alcohol is very well integrated into the final product.

Ideal as a desktop, to go nuts, toasted hazelnuts, etc.
